FALL SOUPS ar๐–พ ๐—๐–พ๐—‹๐–พ ๐–บ๐—‡๐–ฝ ๐—๐—๐—‚๐—Œ Vegan/GF Butternut Squash Black Bean soup is divine, simple, and full of supportive nutrients, fiber & antioxidants to support your immune system heading into the seasonal change.๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ

One pot soup:

โ–ซ๏ธPeel and cube 1 Butternut Squash

โ–ซ๏ธSautee in olive oil for 3 min:

1 chopped onion

1 chopped red pepper

3 cloves minced garlic

โ–ซ๏ธ Add and sautee for 10 min:

Butternut squash

1/2 Tsp Thyme

1/4 Tsp Cayenne pepper


โ–ซ๏ธ Add and cook for 20 min:

1 1/2 C Cooked Black beans

1 can of Coconut milk

3 C Vegetable Stock

โ–ซ๏ธ Add 1 C Chopped Kale

Enjoy it as soup or over rice!!!๐Ÿฒ
