Breakfast Juice Pulp GF Bread

STOP wasting your juice pulp scraps!!

Instead, make this delicious, flavorful, Gluten-free, vegan, refined sugar-free Morning Bread.🥕🍎🍊


Mix Dry ingredients:

2 C almond flour

1 C Rolled oats

1 Tbs Cinnamon

1/8 Tsp salt

1 Tbs Baking powder

1/2 C Raisins

3/4 C Chopped Walnuts


Mix Wet ingredients:

1/2 C non-dairy milk

2 Tsp Vanilla

1/2 C Maple syrup

1/2 C Olive oil


Mix Dry & Wet together

Add in 2 cups of Pulp *I used beet, carrot, orange, apple


Bake 350 for 45 minutes
